ALCOHOL, DRUGS AND SUBSTANCE MISUSE POLICY
Lafil Global aims as a business to act as a good employer and hence restricts the use of intoxication substances in all forms within its premises.
It’s our aim to ensure the safety of our employees and visitors , hence any employee or visitor under the influence of alcohol or any other Drug/substance shall be restricted from entering the premises.The Company recognises that the advantages to all concerned in operating this positive action preventive policy including a more productive and safe workplace and improved morale and retention of staff. We commit to where possible providing help and support for any employee who might succumb to alcohol, drug or substance problems.
